Background Paul is a Doctor of Psychology and strategist with over 20 years experience leveraging data, creativity, and technology to change human behavior and drive business outcomes. Paul has worked in behavioural insights and creative agencies across the world, including the United Kingdom, Australia, Singapore, and the United States. His psychological research has been published in peer-reviewed international science journals such as Neurology and Ergonomics, while his advertising and marketing strategies have been recognized by industry creative and effectiveness awards. He is driven by a unwavering want to design experiences that positively change people, business, and planet.
After leading our RAPP U.S. strategy practice, Paul has returned home to Australia to continue inspiring and enabling our teams in the region to create new ways to advance our clients’ brands and the people they serve. Paul also heads our global behavioural science practice, applying the latest learning from neuroscience, psychology, and behavioral economics to bring a precision understanding of human behavior to precision marketing.
