An innovative and strategic thinker with vast experience in leading digital technology and CRM teams. Mark joined RAPP after serving 37 years with the U.S. Army, where he managed the U.S. Army’s marketing web site, and pioneered the U.S. Army’s first online recruiting site, as well as the Army’s first social media marketing sites.
