RAPP COMMITS TO THE VALUABLE 500

October 24, 2019

As part of our global initiative to place diversity and inclusion at the forefront of what we do not only for clients, but for our people and local communities, as well, RAPP Worldwide has pledged a commitment to The Valuable 500 - an organization working to put disability on the business leadership agenda.

As part of this partnership, RAPP has committed to:

  • Ensuring our agency continues to develop our fearless and inclusive culture and talent by welcoming, embracing and empowering everyone, including those with disabilities, to bring all their unique abilities to inspire the best in our people and our work.
  • Advancing our organization’s culture, training and priorities so that our policies, practices and programs support and value people’s differences and intersectionalities so people have the understanding, respect and freedom to express their points of view, be provocative with new thinking, and collaborate for innovation.
  • Standing up for individuality and proudly sharing stories about what people are able to do here because they can bring their full selves to work – and are supported with flexibility, brilliant colleagues, and the ability to do great work that benefits our agency and client business.
  • Inviting clients to join us on this journey.
