RAPP UK shares its annual pay gap report for 2025

March 31, 2026

The UK’s Equality Act 2010 requires organisations with over 250 employees to report their gender pay gap annually, supporting transparency and long-term progress across our industry. RAPP UK remains committed to contributing meaningfully to this important benchmark.

We are proud to report that our gender pay gap has reduced to its lowest level to date, with our mean gap decreasing from 17.5% to 11.0% in April 2024-April 2025. This reflects sustained progress over several years and reinforces our belief that meaningful, lasting change is driven by consistent, structural improvement.

As outlined in previous reports, many of the actions we are taking are designed to deliver long-term impact. Over the past year, our focus has been on strengthening the foundations of fairness - embedding clearer frameworks, improving transparency, and ensuring more consistent approaches to progression and reward across the business.

While this year’s results are encouraging, we recognise that our work is not complete. We remain focused on building a truly equitable organisation, continuing to evolve our systems and practices to ensure opportunities and outcomes are fair and accessible for all.

RAPP UK remains steadfast in its commitment to closing the gender pay gap and will continue to share progress transparently with our leadership and wider agency. It is through this ongoing accountability and clarity of action that we will drive meaningful and lasting change.
