I reflect on the data which shows that that our pay gap increased in the reporting year to April 2021. There are many factors at play but most significant to highlight is a company merger during the year which almost doubled our headcount and changed the staffing composition between the 2 years. However, the longer-term trend in our gaps continues to be downward.
As I’ve said before, we at RAPP are committed to taking the action needed to eliminate the gender pay gap. Our leadership team will continue to develop our hiring, career and reward strategies, and ensure that we keep a focus and visibility on the issues at play.
