RAPP UK has been appointed by L’Oréal UK & Ireland to help personalize its CRM activity.
RAPP will be providing L’Oréal with a platform to bring together all online and offline data for a wide portfolio of brands. The platform will create a true Single Customer View and a more compelling customer experience for L’Oréal’s customers.
L’Oréal’s Senior CRM Manager commented on the appointment by saying, “This fully integrated CRM project will be a first for L’Oréal UK & Ireland, so we are determined to deliver the best solutions that create more compelling customer journeys, and will ultimately grow their business.”
