Mentoring through challenging times: where in the world is my mentor?

Especially during Women’s History Month, women take time to call out and thank those who came before, often highlighting those who mentored them. Finding the right mentor is more than a matter of luck. It’s an intentional process where the rewards far outweigh the effort.

“Today, I am surrounded by an arsenal of Black women who have provided me with an entirely new outlook on my life, both professionally and personal,” says Nicole Simpson, Director of DE&I at RAPP. ”I believe that carefully constructing my personal board of directors has propelled me more quickly than if I were going at it alone.”
