Teams that prioritize data analysis and insights for their clients, but don’t understand how some of the very same data connects to culture, often making decisions in isolation. If the internal analytics team is the only one seeing and reacting to data, then there is a loss across the organization. Decision-making in countless departments is occurring without the proper insights.
Successful companies rely on data to make all decisions, both big and small. You have to invest in both the data itself and the insights it provides to maximize its true value."
