Responsible for overseeing and running the UK operations across data, media and creative, Chris remains committed to helping talent excel in a supportive and highly strategic and creative environment.

Background Prior to becoming CEO of RAPP UK, Gabby was at Proximity: 3 years running the International business in the Paris office and 8 years in Proximity London as MD and then CEO. Coming from a Digital background at the start of it all, Gabby is passionate about the constant evolution of Marketing, finding new and better ways to solve meaty client problems, make consumers happy and deliver outstanding creative work! She is also obsessed with harnessing the collective genius of the Agency to make magic. 

Background An experienced marketer with a proven track record across all channels and within many industry sectors, Carolyn prides herself on having a strong intuition for client objectives and being an authentic leader. Along with her team, she consults with clients to determine smart, future-fit, data-driven solutions that connect customer and brand. Carolyn’s brand experience includes Mercedes-Benz, Open University, Best Western, Christie’s, Barclaycard and Eurostar.
